As part of an ongoing national project to share the Culture of Foster Care, Ohio chapter members facilitate postcard creation by people in and from foster care.
Supporters are welcome to donate gift cards from Jo-Ann Fabrics for the purpose of purchasing scrapbook materials for this endeavor.
